The hotel offered a comfortable stay near a fire exit leading out onto a large grassy area at the back where one could run around safely. While the wifi connectivity was poor, the overall experience was good as expected.

The location made our stay much better, being close to the Feathers and offering easy access to London along canal towpaths along the river Lee/Lea. While let down slightly by dinner service, it was good overall and close to family.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms are up to date, very comfortable, and quite affordable, especially with the discount I got, even though breakfast isn't included. I'll definitely be coming back when I visit my family around Essex.
