The hotel offered a comfortable stay near a fire exit leading out onto a large grassy area at the back where one could run around safely. While the wifi connectivity was poor, the overall experience was good as expected.

The service was a bit mixed. They provided room fresheners to address any odors, which was a nice touch. However, they missed asking for specific breakfast preferences and the room was small.

The location made our stay much better, being close to the Feathers and offering easy access to London along canal towpaths along the river Lee/Lea. While let down slightly by dinner service, it was good overall and close to family.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms are up to date, very comfortable, and quite affordable, especially with the discount I got, even though breakfast isn't included. I'll definitely be coming back when I visit my family around Essex.

The rooms were very warm with the bathroom heating on, and despite a plug not working in the bath, they were great - up to date and super comfortable.

The staff were very attentive and helpful, although they seemed a bit overwhelmed at times due to the busy Friday evening. There was a small mishap with my meal being placed on the wrong side of the table, but overall, they were attentive.

The hotel location worked perfectly for me to reach East Herts Golf Club, Hertford, and Ware easily. The parking was adequate, and it served its purpose well for my needs.
